On Monday November 25 2019, VLAM invited several catering people to the beautiful location of the ‘Spéciale Belge taproom’ to inspire them with the delicious cheeses from Belgium in combination with delicious beers from Belgium.
VLAM treated us this day to a surprising journey into the world of our Belgian cheeses and beers:
- Cheese affineer Frederic Van Tricht presented the diverse palette of flavors of Belgian cheeses,
- chef Jan Audenaert of restaurant D’Oude Pastorie served exclusive dishes,
- the beer sommeliers of Spéciale Belge let us taste of why Belgian beers take the flavors of these cheeses to a higher level.
